- Metal Shearing/Forming

Sharpco's fabrication shop houses a variety of metal forming equipment to
aid in complex manufacturing jobs. Our Pullmax pinch roll is capable
of rolling 5/8" thick plate 10 feet wide. The Pullmax press break and
Pullmax shear breaks and shears 1/2" thick plates up to 10 feet wide
respectively. Also included in the equipment mix is a Mubea iron
worker, multiple band and friction saws and a variety of specialized welding and cutting
equipment.
- Fabrication Repairs

Sharpco performs small and large scale structural repairs to a diverse
range of construction, farm and factory production equipment. The
various repair services might include: V-blade cutting edge and
mounting component replacements; Bucket cutting edge, tooth adapter, bottom
plate, wear strip or pin boss replacement; miscellaneous compactor drum
repairs; Forestry wheel widening (or narrowing) with center replacement;
Wheel loader bucket control arm rebuild; Excavator boom, stick and bucket
linkage repairs; Factory production conveyor modifications or specialized
equipment repairs, to name a few.
- Machine Shop

Sharpco's machine shop is equipped with a CNC milling machine, several
horizontal milling machines and lathes, various sawing equipment, etc. that
enable us to perform a variety of custom machining repairs in conjunction
with applicable fabrication functions.
