Sharpco designs and manufactures a number of products for heavy
construction equipment applications. Through direct customer design
interaction, these attachments are custom engineered and fabricated from the
highest quality materials providing our customers optimum productivity from their
equipment investments. When an attachment's normal wear components need replacing, Sharpco is able to quickly
perform the necessary repairs and return the unit to service. Simply stated, our
customers know what they want....and we give it to them.
- V-Blades

Designed for a wide variety of track type tractors from the smaller
models, used primarily for underbrush/thinning operations, to the largest
models used in land clearing and reforestation/site preparation
applications, these blades are all engineered with high productivity and
long life in mind.
- Buckets & Mechanical Thumbs

Diverse digging application requirements call for diversely
configured digging products. Sharpco buckets can be custom designed to
meet a host of specific needs from severe duty digging in extreme
conditions, to high volume materials handling, specialized trenching (with
specific slope configuration requirements), to standard ditch cleaning
operations....for standard or long reach boom configurations.
Mechanical thumbs can also be designed and configured to the individual
bucket for aid in handling brush, timber, large rocks, scrap construction
materials, etc. Special purpose grapples are also manufactured for
handling even loosely packed materials such as cotton.
- Brush Rakes

Sharpco offers a number of brush rake configurations.
"Flop Rakes" pin directly to mounting brackets welded onto the front of the
dozer's moldboard. The "Flop Rake w/Rack" one piece design,
manufactured for smaller dozers with 6-way blades, is similar to the
standard flop rake but contains an integral brush rack. The "C-Frame
Pin On Rake" contains brace arms that attach to an existing C-frame.
"Walk-In" rakes contain integral push arms with trunnion bearings that
connect directly to the machines trunnions.

- Miscellaneous Fabrication
- This section's description of
Sharpco's production capabilities covers an extremely diverse variety of
products. From custom fabricated protective guards and screens for
small construction machinery, to redesigned complete boom sections for large forestry
log loaders, to giant river terminal hoppers, to specialized factory
equipment, components and conveyors, even to and including complete land
based drilling rig derricks,....all have been successfully produced at
Sharpco. Customers owning exclusive patent rights to their original designs
have also contracted with Sharpco to manufacture their inventions for them.

- Replacement Parts
- Since the early 80's, Sharpco has
been involved in the repair of heavy equipment in one form or another and
has, through the years, developed trusted associations with quality
conscious replacement parts suppliers and manufacturers to fill its parts
requirements. It is through those same associations that Sharpco now
offers its customers direct shipment access to quality replacement parts for
every aspect of their equipment repair needs--from internal engine, torque
converter, transmission, final drive and hydraulics to
undercarriage, blade, bucket and boom.......all
at competitive prices.
